Do you provide Alcohol?

No! You will supply all the alcohol. But don't worry, we will provide you with an alcohol shopping list to know what to purchase! Any alcohol remaining at the end of the event will be yours to take home.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes! All of our bartenders are licensed, and we carry General and Liquor Liability insurance.Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit?

Where are you located out of?

We are located in Nashville, TN. We service middle TN and surrounding areas.

When will you arrive?

We will arrive 2 to 4 hours before the scheduled event to set up unless other arrangements have been made.

Where should the mobile bar be placed?

The bar will need to be set up in a safe level location, due to weight, bars cannot be carried upstairs or on upper levels of balconies.

Do you check ID?

Per Tennessee state law, our bartenders will check the ID of anyone they feel may be under the age of 21.

Does your bartender serve shots?

To ensure the safety of all guests your bartender has been trained to not serve shots. (including straight up, martinis, on the rocks, etc.)

Do you provide mixers and garnishes?

We do! We have different package options that can include our specialty syrups, mixers, and garnishes. Keep in mind these are for mixing your cocktails only, we do not provide non-alcoholic beverages for your guests.

What if someone has had too much to drink?

Our bartender's goal is to not allow guests to reach this level, however, if they do feel someone is overly intoxicated they will discontinue service to the guest.

Should we tip the bartenders?

Pricing does not include gratuity for the bartenders. Any tips are welcomed and greatly appreciated!

What is your payment policy?

We ask for a deposit to secure your date and the remaining balance to be paid at least 30 days before your event!

What is your cancellation policy?

We require a 25% deposit to confirm a reservation. All but $150 of the deposit is fully refundable if canceled more than 60 days from the event date; however, the full deposit is non-refundable if canceled less than 60 days from the event.
